I have been teaching Yoga, Pilates and Fitness in the North Norfolk area for over 20 years, both at a local leisure centre and in local community centres. Â I have been a qualified shiatsu practitioner since 1997.

My classes are all friendly and non-competitive, a space where everyone can achieve their own personal goals.  I teach a wide range of ages and abilities, using options and modifications, so everyone has the chance to work at their own level.  I am interested in all elements of health and wellbeing, and aim to teach in a way that is kind and nurturing, but also challenging.  Everything I do is designed to give my clients the best physical, mental and emotional health possible.
