Dynamic Chinese Yoga: A strong, quirky yoga class based on the traditional Chinese philosophy of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether). It will build up strength, flexibility, increase well-being and energy levels and instill a sense of mental equilibrium. Yin Yoga: This is a slow gentle class which focuses on the body’s connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fascia) and the meridians of traditional Chinese philosophy.  Yin Yoga works deep into the body and poses are held for a longer period of time (2-8 minutes).  There are many benefits to this beautiful style of yoga, including increasing the sense of calm and well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, improved mobility and flexibility and more balanced energy levels.
