No, currently all the classes are drop in, so no need to book.

Yes, some evening slots are available. Please contact Beth for details.
Is there parking at Sheringham and Cromer Community Centres?
There is plentiful parking at Sheringham Community Centre. There is no parking at Cromer Community Centre, however, the time restrictions for roadside parking end at 6pm and parking is free after 6pm at the Meadow Car Park, which is close by.
Do I need a mat or equipment?
No, Beth has mats and equipment, but do bring your own if you have them and you may want to get your own mat at some point.
What should I wear?
You don’t need expensive sportswear for the classes or a shiatsu, just wear something you can comfortably move around in. No trainers are required.
